Anyone know of good free software out there to batch resize digital camera pics? I have two massive directories of pics taken at 10 mpixels and need to resize them down to a lower resolution.

Thanks

Find a trial of Paint Shop Pro. Since version 6.x they had batch processing.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm dual booting Vista & Kubuntu on this particular PC.

ULead Smart Saver Pro is what we use to resize our pics for our articles. It works very, very nicely.

I tried the Photo Resizer powertoy at Sourceforge with no luck, it installed but would not put the "Resize" command into the context menu so I couldn't run it.

Tried VSO Image Resizer after that and it worked great. Thanks all for the suggestions.

If you have outlook on your machine.. Select a bunch of images, right click, send to, email.

Select the size you want to downsize to.

When the email window pops up, select all of the attachments and drag them to a folder.

Fast, basic, easy resize.

I use Bibble personally :p
