Basic, roomy case for modding?

Sorry guys, yet another "help me choose a case" thread. But I've got some fairly specific requirements.

First, it has to comfortably fit an Ultra 120 Extreme heatsink. Second, I'd like room to run ducts to and from the heatsink, from an intake in front (maybe side would work), to an exhaust (front, side, top, doesn't matter). Third, I want one with exposed front drive bays so my fan controller etc. and stuff is visible/accessible. Last, I prefer a simple overall design with no window, I like to cut that in myself to match the fan holes and stuff. Under $200 would be nice.

Oh, and it's been years since I modded a case. Are blowholes still in fashion? People think my old case with a row of fan grilles on top looks like a stove :p
