Looking at using a few of those fans, but I've noticed that they use the 4 pin molex connector for power, and have the 3 pin connector for the monitoring.

Is it possible to run everything to the 3 pin as I want to use my 4 fan rheobus to control fan speeds, but the rheobus uses the 3 pin connectors.

Anyone have any experience in this? If so.. what do I need to make the conversion?

From what I can tell... looks like I should be able to run the power and ground cables into the 3pin connector as long as I have the right connectors on the end of each wire...

If that makes any sense... :p

If I'm wrong let me know by all means. Dont want to fubar a fan... lol
