any known issues/overclock problems using these components together?

OCZ Powerstream 520
Epox EP-9NPA+ Ultra
Opteron 165
Corsair TWINX2048-4000PT

(video card is 7800GT, drive is a Raptor 740)

also, what exactly is the problem with 'cool & quiet' and overclocking (probably should ask in another thread)?

is there a way to switch between an overclocked system and cool & quiet without diving into your bios every time?

the reason i ask is because 80% of the time I'm coding, surfing the web, posting to forums :) etc. so I don't need the speed. 20% of the time I'm doing graphics, encoding, gaming so i want the overclock. any solutions out there? (reboot between the two activities is fine, just don't want to have to reset the bios every time)

I havent seen an exact answer to why CnQ is a problem when OC'ing, but it definately is. It causes random strange issues, blue screens, lockup's, etc. This is pretty widespread so its definately something about CnQ itself.
