This is about at it's limit... think I need to invest in some watercooling.. :D

NICE o/c since im curious what chip? 2500? and what voltage are you hammering into that poor thing :p

again nice o/c

guess i need to play some with my 2500+ sitting at 2.4(200*12) @ 1.6v currently i guess if i dont mind the noise i could crank up the tornado and crack the whip on the poor chip:D

what temps you seeing under load and was that prime stable at that clock speed?

Humm..... no no... I need a better vid card first :D

2.63GHz and 1.675~1.7v is as stable as a rock.. 6 hours of 3d mark looping.

To get 2.7GHz I think I'd need 1.8v, maybe 1.825. I only have a crappy cooler, so this is holding me back somewhat. Although, saying that, 2.63GHz being air-cooler silently is impressive by any standards...

The chip does not like high fsb speeds though.

I have a Sapphire 9800Pro... but I have a feeling it's one of the dodgey cards that's really only 128bit

Don't know what my 3D mark score is.. probably not overly impressive

think my vid is sufficient (9800xt) for now atleast. come the next revision(whatever is next after the X800PE) ill trade up and have to go PCI express also.

i feel the need, the need for speed :D

I could get the card with little effort..... i just don't want to pay 11.9% intrest on it for a couple months when my 9600pro can run farcry 1280x1024 with textures all the way up and 2x AA. I'm happy for now..... DOOM might not be the same case.... sigh.
Lets just say I'm not $300 un satisfied with my system... maybe $150. I'd rather get my PVR set up rolling and get another 200gb of memory and become my own TV network :D
Live streaming or archived TV on any computer within range of my Wi/Fi network. muahahah..., ohh sorry :p

It's on a CoolerMaster Areo 7+ with a single low speed 80mm fan on it.. pretty poor cooling really

Fack, I want a mobile. Gonna see how far I can push my 2500 when I get the rest of my WC stuff (soon, soon). Might be time to cycle some computers at home so I can get a mobile with a NF7-S or maybe a DFI. :D

My A7N8X-X with uber bios takes it to 23xx (trying to find the sweet spot) just fine. Things get pretty toasty at max volts though. Vantec Aeroflow has kept up fairly well since last fall. :)

I just want to cry. My 2500+ mobile only hits 2.4GHz @ 1.675 volts w/ watercooling. To get 2.5GHz I have to raise the voltage to 1.8 and it will crash after 2-4 hours.

The main factor keeping me from picking up a Mobile is the chance that it won't do any better than my non-mobile. I don't want to spend that kind of money on a "dud".

Anybody hear anything about the Model 8 mobiles? How well they perform against the Model 10's? Some (new probably) 24/2600 Mobiles are Model 8, and all 2500's are Model 10.

dont wanna be a nub or anything but did u test for stability? how, and for how long? would u be interested in selling the chip? how much? thanx
