barton 2600, voltages!?

It is a bit high.. I have my Barton 2500+ at 1.65V which should be it's stock voltage. But, unless your temperature for the CPU is high, I wouldn't worry about it, its probably a mis-read.
 
I wouldn't worry unless it goes much over 1.8v
Also, if that is not a sensor error, and it really is getting 1.7v, you should be able to OC further.

I ran a Thoroughbred-B 1800+ at 1.95v for 2 years... never had a single problem.
