Barton 2500+ O/C Voltage?

thats crappy....what about overclocing with the multiplyer?.....other than not gettting the full potential of my ram are there disadvantages?
 
Nope. Assuming your cpu is unlocked, there's nothing wrong with oc'ing via the multiplier. In-fact, what you should probably do(if your cpu is unlocked) is find the highest oc you can get via the multiplier, playing around with multi and fsb.
 
well, thats that for that. i think my cpu is locked. if i set the multiplyer to something in the bios it just stays at 11
