Barton 2500+ 46 WEEK, PRIME95 PROBLEM

Hello
Ive just exchanged my old T-BRED A1700+( 11x200 ) to
Athlon XP 2500+ Barton WEEK 46. I setuped it 11x200, its stable on 1,9 V, all tests are ok, but when i run prime95, test or benchmark system is hangs. Also ive benched it with sisoft sandra i got same speed like on old T-BRED and in 3DMARK 03 i got less points.

T-BRED was on 1.75 V and had 54 C
Barton is on 1.9 V and have 53 C

My question are:
1: sup with Prime?
2: and is it V and C are proper on my new Barton ?
3: Why slower in tests then T-Bred ?
