Awesome, too bad my current server won't accept the new parts, but this indicates general availability.
 
NCIX is a launch partner,and a big one,and they have none in stock.Out of general curiosty I asked when phoning a few minutes ago to confirm this weeks parts order.

Which motherboards will support it? and do you have to run 2 of those?

Socket F boards with an updated BIOS that says it supports Barcelona.

In theory any Socket F board will physically work. However they require BIOS support, which not many have right now.

I realize this, but instead of listing every individual manufacturer and which one of their boards are currently compatible, I simply replied with the compatible socket type.
