So if I'm building a custome water cooler..

how much would clams for everything cost (or zip ties.. w/e they are).. for the radiator.. pump.. waterblock =1, reservoir... etc

And how much should tubbing cost.. what do you recommend?

What about the stuff you put to color the water.. and to keep it clean.. "dye".. and.. ?

frozencpu.com
Get all the stuff there, should be no more than 15 bucks
For the water I would just use plain distilled water/tap water boiled for a good 30 secs and anti freeze. You can buy anti freeze that is different colors and it adds color.I use food coloring for color.Highlighter work great for that uv effect.

Local car shop.auto zone or o'reilys.someplace like that.I use the stuff my mom puts in her caddy.I do a approxmiately 10% anti freeze then the rest is distilled water and food coloring.

Get a gallon of Steam Distilled water at the grocery store, costs less than a buck for a gallon. Dont boil tap water, you wont get the minerals out that way.

So very true, in fact you actually increase the mineral content that way. If you caught the steam and condensed that then you would have distilled water.

As for antifreeze, avoid Zerex, it’s known to leave pinkish deposits behind even in cars.

Lowes or Home Depot has a nice supply of vinyl hose at good prices as well as hose clamps. Any auto parts store has hose clamps as well.

Luck
