I don't know if I'm suppose to post this hear but I just tried to sign into my old account (user name soft) and it said I was banned. I haven't logged on in a few months is that why? I didn't post much but it would be nice to have my old account back.

Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Your other account is not banned, it is "inactive".

Any member who has not visited in 180 days is moved to the inactive users group. Upon visiting again, the account is supposed to be automatically restored, so I don't know why this didn't work in your case.
We did have some vBull hiccups last night. It would be a simple matter to restore your old account, but I'm going to shoot Kyle/Anthony a PM so they can look into why this happened and hopefully fix the issue instead of me putting a bandaid on it.
Please be patient and we'll get your old account restored, okay?

What is the exact message you get when you try to login with your old account, please post a screen shot of the screen.

The glitches have been addressed and hopefully that will be the end of it....if you experience any further problems, post them here.
