Bandwidth restriction on wireless LAN

Hi

Is there any way I can manage the bandwidth distribution on my networked computers?
My nephew is P2P on his laptop day and night which prevents me from doing my usual stuff, such as gaming.

The router I'm using is a Linksys WAG354G.
 
you can use "netlimiter", it controls the bandwith for each program, but has to be installed on the computer that you want to be limited ;)

Yes it does, but it's very basic and only allows setting HTTP/FTP/TELNET etc to high/normal/low priority.

I tried netlimiter but I still get the annoying lag spikes on games.
