Hey guys, I have a Netgear WNDR3700v1 and I was wondering if it was possible for this router to limit bandwidth to certain devices connected to it? It has a QoS Policy but nothing I see that can limit bandwidth to certain devices. If it doesn't have an option on the router, can I still do it through any other options?
 
Nope, no client specific bandwidth limiting.

The router is compatible with ddwrt firmware (installed fine on mine), but i don't recall if ddwrt has that either (would think it did, but can't confirm).
 
The 3700v1 supports OpenWRT.

I recommend checking out a Gargoyle build and trying the quota function.

Gargoyle has a user friendly interface and a great support community.
