Balancing X800XL w/ PSU

I have a crap 200w psu that came with my HP 762n... I also upgraded to an ATi 9000 Pro a few years ago.

Now I want the best value for little money, so I'm buying an X800XL.

I know my 200w will flop, so how much will I need for good performance?

Specs:
Intel Pentium 4 2.26ghz Socket 478
Creative Audigy PCI card
Crucial Ballistix PC3200 512MB with some OEM PC2100 256MB (768MB total)

good brands like fsp, antec, enermax with at least a 350W should be good
