Hi all--

I'm adding another 780 to my machine, which adds up two 780s and one 5960x.
with power supply Antec HCP 1300, has four 12 rails and 50A max for each.

What's the best option for me to balance among rails?

HDDS + MISCs --- 12V1
CPU --- 12V1
780(1)--- 12V3 & 12V4
780(2)--- 12V2 & 12V3

OR

HDDS + MISCs --- 12V1
CPU --- 12V2
780(1)--- 12V3 & 12V4
780(2)--- 12V1 & 12V3

OR

HDDS + MISCs --- 12V1
CPU --- 12V1
780(1)--- 12V3 & 12V4
780(2)--- 12V1 & 12V2

Another way to put it is, put CPU w/ HDDs and etc. on one rail (12V1), and two 780s (half) share on one rail? (12V3)

or

one 780 and the CPU share on one rail 12V2

If overclocking that CPU you're going to want to give it its own rail. An ASUS rep has said that it could pull as much as 30 amps max depending on the overclock, and you can't separate the EPS cable at the PSU. Each video card has 2 separate PCI-E cables, though, so there is no problem with the video cards and SATA/Molex devices sharing a rail. The 6-pin is 75w/7 amps and the 8-pin is 150w/13 amps.
