bad temps

have 2x 80mm fans for exhaust in the rear, 1 80mm intake fan, and 1 80mm sidefan that intakes air.

I use an arctic 64 freezer pro for cpu cooling. I get 58c in prime load for the cpu. cpu is overclocked to 2.75ghz @1.52v.

I think there is pretty good contact with my cpu and heatsink because the heatpipes are hot to the touch. What is the cause of these awful temps?

High voltage, I get about 56-60C with 1.5Volts as well. (have the freezer 64)

but there is a review about the freezer pro saying that it only got to 43c in prime with an opteron 165 2.8ghz @ 1.6v. The only difference is that the guy who reviewed it was using a BTX case with forced airflow. Im wondering if getting a BTX case will drop my temps alot.
