The New York Stock Exchange going down because of a bad software upgrade is better than being hacked, crippled by malware or worse.

The problem became severe enough by late morning Wednesday that the exchange decided to suspend trading at 11:32 a.m. Eastern time so the problem could be addressed. Orders were cancelled, trading software was restarted and backup units were brought online, the exchange said.

Such a weird time to do a software upgrade..... Sounds like that was an RGE!
 
Someone was testing out some new stuff. First delta and now NYSE. it's all circumstantial evidence but I keep getting the feeling something doesn't quite seem right to me. so...

Yeah. Glitches. sure.
 
What about that tweet that Anonymous sent out the night before?
 
Someone probably blindly progressed through the installation wizard and accidentally installed the Ask.com toolbar. Everything came crashing down when they tried to uninstall it.
 
Yeah right, funny Anonymous post a tweet night before and all of sudden flights for a airline grounded and stock market is not working.
 
I'm not buying it. They have better change controls in place not to allow something like this.

Whoever posts to that account makes cryptic tweets like that all the time; they're bound to get lucky eventually.

Bingo, follow the money. That would make for a very interesting list(s). Also at the time that the market was locked up ( shut down ) it was on it's way down big time. This so called glitch aka software upgrade stopped said market fall. Weird on how it all leveled out at a more reasonable level even tho it was still down.

Oh and show me on where the markets were stopped for several hours when it was going up like a rocket. These so called glitches only happens when the markets are going down and swirling around that bowl ready for the big flush.

Markets are rigged and is no longer a honest real market.
 
They had Windows Update set to "always install".

Windows 10, here we come!
