Bad Sector

So I knew I had a bad sector on my 36GB raptor... anyways, I decided to create a new partition on it. In the process of Norton Partion Magic it said that it found a bad sector and the creation of the partition couldn't be completed. Now the computer just reboots everytime it tries to load Windows.

I should note that about a month ago my PC restarted on one of my HDs (not sure which one) started clicking. Somehow it came back.

How can I go about fixing this bad sector? Or is the HD toast?

Run WD's diagnostics stuff? It should be able to remap the bad sector provided you haven't used them all already =).
