Bad Reading, Or Big problem?

Do you think these are bad readings? Or actual spikes? If they are spikes, Are they bad, What can cause them/how can they be prevented. I have a 420 watt antec psu.

Thats not the only bad reading ive gotten latley.

i doubt your processor would survive if it had a near 3v spike going through it.

it appears to be bad readings, but it could be a sign of your motherboard dying.

you can't link geocities images, IIRC.
