My PC has been shutting down on me every so often since I built it this past summer. In recent weeks it has gotten out of hand. When in windows it will just decide to shut down, as if I had told it to from the start menu... it usually won't make it all the way through the shutdown process before it powers down. After power down it tries to restart. It has gotten so bad recently that it usually can't make it through the boot up without crashing/powering down and trying to restart, over and over. Is this a sign of a bad PSU or mobo ? or something else ? I don't even know where to start without an error message.

I went ahead and replaced the mobo and it seems to have fixed my problem. Very aggravating to have to take everything out and swap boards.
