Bad Power supply?

I have my core-i7 930 overclocked to 4.2ghz at 1.36875 volts. I ran intel burn test v2.5 10 runs maximum stress and it passed fine. The problem is when I play Battlefield Bad Company 2, after like 10 mins my computer randomly just shuts off and comes back on. Its almost like someone held the power button down, shut the computer off, and turned it back on again. My system is as follows:

core-i7 930 @ 4.2ghz (intel burn test 10 runs, max stress passed)
EVGA x58 sli Classified motherboard
Visiontek HD 4870 x2 @ stock
6gb g.skill trident ddr3 2000 9-9-9-24
250gb, 1tb, 400gb, 160gb hdd's
Silverstone Zeus ST75ZF 750w powersupply
Windows 7 ultimate

the cpu and nb/sb/vreg are water cooled using mcr320 and mcr220 rads

some of my motherboard voltages/settings include:

QPI = 200 x 21 multi
memory at 2003mhz
vcore = 1.36875v
vdimm = 1.65v
QPI PLL = 1.225
Cpu VTT = +250mV
memory at 2:10
uncore at 20x (at least double the memory ratio - 10)


all cpu feature stuff is disabled

I don't understand what's going on, i have tried all kinds of voltages cranking them up with no help. Is it possible that my power supply is screwing up under all the load of a game? I mean, my overclocked cpu seems to pass intel burn test fine, which is a really demanding program, but that is not using the video card. I am using the catalyst 10.4a preview driver. I have all the other latest drivers for audio, chipset, etc. I'm not sure if this is software related or hardware

Any help would be greatly appreciated, because right now I am clueless and to what would be causing this.

Anyone have any ideas why a computer would just shut off like that? Let me add that i also ran prime95 blend for 24 hours with no errors. I guess i could test another video card in my system. I dont think it could be my cpu overclock, what do you guys think.
