I have a Seagate 400gb sata hard drive with vista intalled. My pc started running very slow and anytime I used a program, my cpu would jump to 80 percent. I did a restore and upon reboot it would never post just a blank screen. I wiped the drive and now it wont install vista, it says windows cannot install required files. Could it be that my hard drive is bad or something else?
