Bad 260 GTX?

I've always used ATItool to test stability of my cards / overclocks, and this new 260 GTX I've had for the past week or so confuses me a little.. when I run ATItool, even at stock clocks I get "delta of 284 in 2 pixels" sometimes and sometimes I don't. The thing is that it runs pretty much every game I throw at it flawlessly, no artifacts as ATItool says it has. Think it could be the 180.43 beta drivers doing it?
 
In the 180 series drivers something has been changed in the "OpenGL department" , for example FurMark or GPU Caps Viewer is fubar too.
The driver is guilty for those errors. :(
 
I had the same atitool issue with the 178.24 drivers. Furmark gave me no troubles however, even tho it ran it hotter than atitool!

Now with the latest beta driver ati tool is fine.

So bottom line is don't let that delta error worry you at all if everything else is fine.
