Hi,

I'm looking to consolidate my backups from back when I didn't do disk image backups, but just drag and drop. They're ~100gb at least and probably hundreds of thousands of files from program and system files that are probably ~1kb each. I want to be able to compress/consolidate them so it's more manageable to transfer them as infinitely fewer and larger files.

It was also be nice if i could view the backups in case i want to find a document without having to extract/restore the entire backup.

What kind of software/format would be well suited for that?

Thanks

what does infinitely fewer mean? Are you looking for a backup system that can back up your data with 0 files?

sorry, i should've been more clear.

i meant like 10 iso files as opposed to 200,000 small files
