Backup software

I'm looking for something that will backup defined folders at shut down (or entire drives) but folders definately

there are plenty of software that does this well

SyncToy does this well
NovaBackup does it and backs up open files such as outlook files, goldmine, ACT! files, sql databases
Firstbackup.com is an online offsite backup company that you can set your client to back up that way, the new version will allow open file backups also.
