I'm backing up My Documents and some other Misc. files to USB key. Is there a program that I can use to only backup files that have changed instead of deleting all the files all the files on the USB key and then copying my whole My Documents folder?

There are definitely programs around for such a simple task, but that could also be accomplished with a batch file if you feel like googling a bit and getting exactly the functionality that you are looking for.
