Check out the Unitrends appliance http://www.unitrends.com i purchased a 822 model 2 months ago to replace our God awful backup exec & tape method. I was backing up over 3 TB every other week and it would 3 1/2 days to complete. I could go on and on about how this appliance has changed the way i thought about backups & DR but check out the site then if you want to no more fire away with questions
