Is it possible to get dell to swap out my less than 1 year old 2005FPW? It is in perfect condition but the backlight from the top right section bleeds through very bad. Also 4 dead pixels but the backlight is annoying me so bad.

I purchased this FEB05 and it's a FEB05 model dated on the back. Will Dell swap this one out for me?

Please advise.
 
How is Dell's return policy not going to take it back if its defecting less than 1 year...?
