Backlight bleed

Hello, forum people.

I am wondering is this is too much back light bleed and if I should return it for a better one.
I really don't notice it unless its on a black screen

Note I have zero dead or stuck pixels.

cant seem to calibrate color temps or Phase or Clock values but adjusting gamma contrast and brightness seems to have helped.
