Backdoor Trojan on port 1234 from Lavasoft

Adaware SE 1.05 updates: My Norton Firewall 2004 indicates Trojan when Updates are requested from Lavasoft for Adaware SE[Blocking it]

Anybody experienced something similar ??

as said on the link you posted, it CAN be used for a backdoor, but usually when you see that its because alot of programs use those ports
