I haven’t looked into WC info for years and feel completely out-of-date. I’ve gotten married and become a father since the last time I did this and am very short on time these days. I would really appreciate your help and am hoping someone on this board can let me know if scaling back my WC-loop is needed in my upcoming 2 -> 1 loop consolidation.
I would like to run the following components:
1/2“ Clear 60 tubing & 1/2“ fittings
Swiftech
BlackIce ExtremeII 240mm rad (qty 2)
My minimum required loop is one rad, one VGA wb, and the CPU wb. I think/remember that the 655-b pump is easily capable of pushing enough water through more components than that, however.
Especially since all of these components are pretty unrestrictive to water flow compared to many others.
Any input is appreciated.
Until now, I’ve been running an AC aquarium pump ($20) loop and a Swiftech MCP-655-b loop. The AC powered loop has been cooling my E6600 and northbridge for almost 4 years now with nothing but approximately annual additions of distilled water and new tubing lengths that went in with a 2nd loop for VGA cooling about 3 years ago.
