Does anyone know where one could still buy AT or Baby-AT cases? I'm in the USA.

Actually, if I remember right, ATX cases should be able to handle a baby-AT board. You might have to drill some holes for the front row of standoffs though.
 
Yah, I was trying to avoid that though. The AT boards don't have any ports directly attached to the motherboard except keyboard, so I didn't want the "blank plate" look.
 
Just buy an AT I/O plate and use an ATX case.
 
It shouldn't be too hard to find a used case/system in Baby-AT format. I had piles of them lying around until I threw them out last year.
 
I've got one I'll sell ya for $500, no seriously I do have one I may be willing to part with.
 
I might have one or two in my basement, If ya don't mind used I can take a look fer ya.
