B&W 2 Problem- At Night Black Squares Shown Around The People

As the title says, at night there are black squares around the fire!
Maybe a patch will fix it? or it's a problem with nVidia cards?

All is ON in the game. And i was wronged, the black squares are not around the people, they are around the fire.

do you have the most recent video card drivers?

i'd also patch the game up. i remember i had problems with the original for a while and i recall that updating everything help fixed it.
