Don't think I've ever seen anyone mention this case before, but Azza have an ITX case in their catalogue. It was listed there some time last year, but has recently been listed on listed on newegg and amazon.

The Azzatek Z. It's essentially another steam box, just a bit more stylish, (or gaudy, depending on your perspective) when compared to other steam boxes on the market. Can't say I like the white Azza logo when the rest of the case is green and black.

it may look similar to "Valve Steam Box Prototype", but no, its not a steam box

the internal layout is different, more than twice of the size of Valve Steam Box Prototype, and even larger than an already large SS RVZ01

Oh man, think my GPU is a little to tall. :( It would look so good also. Oh cool, it is 4.38 inches Height, prob still shouldn't try it right?
