Axis GamePad HELP!

I have had this Axis Game pad for a while now, abut I have not used it in months. I plugged it into my XP machine expecting it to just work .... Windows didn't do crap or anything... So I'm like ok, lets go get some drivers off the internet… Well I can’t find any drivers for Windows XP and the Axis Pad model 73003a. If anyone can help me with the driver issue it would be a big help, there is no way in hell I’m playing FFXI with the keyboard….

worked with an older axis, tried it myself
