Hi [H]ard,

I just purchased a used 860i and the warranty screw sticker is still on. However when I look into the PSU and see the DC-DC converter( the silver metal piece where there are 5 screws with wires mounted on it, it has many scratches on it.

If you look at the following pics from jonnyguru's review you can see similar scratches on the metal piece.




Can some one offer some insight.
