according to this review it appears the tj09 cools better, it also weights 1/2 as much and imo looks better too

The TJ09 is the best case I have seen in years. Construction is awesome, though the price reflects it.

Which review? Me wants to read.

At least the 830 is cheaper, that's why I voted for it.

Anyone who spends $300 on a computer case should be shot. That's a pure example of logic failure. Silverstone is overpriced.

Totally different cases - and imo totally different markets. The stacker is an awsome product higher end situations where you have to have a lot of 5.25" slots. . The TJ just appears to be your run-of-the-mill style case done really, really well. They've both got their reasons to exist, they both fit a lot of equipment, and both will make your dreams come true.

That's a completely silly thing to say.
Value is in the eye of the buyer and to me the TJ07 represented a good value.

As for the poll...
I voted against the 830 because IMO, the original STC-T01 is a far superior case (which, fortuitously, also costs less).
I haven't seen a TJ09 in person so I can't really evaluate it properly.

I know this may sound cheap but I love the cheiftec full tower cases easy to mod only wish they came fitted for 120 mm fans. I have a full tower case with a window and I love it I just keep modding it to suit my needs and by the way got mine brand new on fleabay for $20 all aluminum frame everything except the front.

you can mod just about any case, and it's definitely easier to cut alum than steel on the outer chassis

i don't think anything Cheiftec makes qualifies as "awesome" or the even the same league as the TJ09

I don't know I have never bought a $200 case and I am well satisfied with the cheiftec case it holds 6 hds 4 cdroms ample space for the psu and motherboard and it is very sturdy with no sharp edges I couldn't imagine anything doing anymore than that. I didn't buy a case to keep it the way it came I bought it to modify it to suit my individual needs.

I spent $600 on importing a Soldam RS8 computer case. $300 I paid for the TJ09 is nothing.

Anyone who thinks anyone else should be shot for spending their money however they see fit is a complete idiot.

I voted for the 830, but if there was an "other" option, I'd vote for a MM U2-UFO.
