AW9D Vcore Question

I just recently purchased a new C2D system and have a question about Abit's uguru. In the bios the vcore voltage is set to 1.225, but uguru reads 1.38V. If I look at the vcore settings under uguru then 1.38 is the lowest setting I can go in it (1.225 lowest in bios which is the current setting). Can anyone tell me why my vcore under uguru is reading this?

Main reason is I thought default vcore for C2D's was 1.325V. Am I just reading the interface wrong or what?

CPU-Z is reading 1.113V.

One of the reasons I am asking is because I am having temp issues 55C load with Scythe Ninja. (31C System Temp). That doesn't leave me much headroom temp wise for raising the voltage (via BIOS) to raise my overclock which is currently at 350x9.

Thanks.
