I did a search but didn't see anything on this topic. I bought a ABIT AW8D a while back. Now that Conroe has come out ABIT's coming out with their AW9 which supports it. But why does newegg say that my AW8D can support it?

Their's the link. Any idea's. Same chipset and model, same box but when I bought it it didn't say anything about it.
 
Alright thanks. I had a feeling it didnt', but I thought maybe it really could. Thanks for the help.
 
It's newegg's error as the AW8D doesn't & can't support Core 2 due to VRM design.
