Avoid Dell SB Restocking Fee?

I've got an LCD display I got from Dell 2 weeks ago before the latest round of discounts. The price on this 1905FP is now a good $80 less after all discounts are taken into account. I want to return it to Dell since I'm within the 21-day satisfaction period. Will they charge me shipping or a restocking fee? If it has to be "defective" for them to waive a restocking fee, will it be enough that it's too bright and hurts my eyes after a few hours of use? That's really my only bitch about it, even after turning the brightness all the way down. Anybody have any suggestions before I call to RMA it? I know their question "What's wrong with it?" will preced my question "Will you pay for shipping and waive the restocking fee?"
