Ok, so here's my problem.

Today I tried to convert some video files with my new SAPPHIRE X1950PRO AGP. I tried to convert the files into the H.264 format. I looked on the web and saw from past reviews that this was an option with the converter. Problem is that when I select the drop down box H.264 IS NOT AN OPTION! There is also another peculiar thing. I also tried to see if the converter works the other way (ie. convert h.264 into something else.) I browsed for the file and indeed in the utility there is an .mp4 filter! However, when I click on my .mp4 file I get an error that says " This video format is unsupported." How can it be unsupported if it gives me the file type as a filter for finding the file??!! To add more insult to injury, I downloaded the Cyberlink/ATI H.264 decoder and tried playing a h.264 trailer which I downloaded online. The #$@! trailer doesn't play. I also tried another one with the same result. The first one played audio, but there was no video, only the WMP visualization. The second one didn't play at all because it was missing an audio codec which Windows couldn't find. I also tried downloaded the newest AVIVO Suite from ATI's site (version 7.1) and that didn't work either. I am running 6.11's so that I can fold. Please give me some suggestions to solve this problem.

Thanks
