I want to listen to my Sealab 2021's when I work. Anyway to make them playable on my mp3 player?

Open the video in VirtualDub and demux the audio track (from the stream list). If it's a Dolby audio stream, then use the save as WAV option instead unless you have a way to play AC3 files.
