Yes i googled it but couldnt find a direst answer.
What are some average tempatures on a CPU and GPU.
Also what tempature should a PC not exceed?

why its so hard to check with a Celsius to Fahrenheit Calculator?. average temp from CPU, GPU, mobo, etc etc at the end the whole system components, depend in what components are you using and of course all its affected by the room temperature so, list all your parts with a given room temp and then we can tell you and help what are you looking for.. each system its unique, specially with water cooling involved (following that this its in the water cooling section).

Asus maximus vi formular
Powercolor r9 290x in waterblock
intel i7 4770k with koolance waterblock
2x8gb ram 2400hrz
4TB harddrive
250gb ssd

room tempature is around 78 degrees

F = C*9/5 +32
C = (F-32) *5/9

Max temp depends on the cpu.

Use Celsius. Everyone uses Celsius in the computer world. There in no reason (or excuse) not to. If you don't want to out of your own laziness, you'll have a hard time finding anyone to help you.

The average temps can vary greatly depending on many factors. With it being watercooled, also need to know the Rads you are using and Fans then I can give a estimation at best but it varies greatly.

A 240 slim with slim fans and a thick 140 with a average fan. At work right now so dont have the specifics

So you have a single 240 with a I7 4770K and a 290x are the only things within the loop?

Second, are they overclocked?
