Avaya P333T Mananged Network switch

I was wondering what you guys thought of the

Avaya P333T Mananged Network switch - Stackable, with 16 port 10/100 expansion. 40 port MANAGED switch.

I'm looking into getting one, I've got a good deal on one, I would use it for LANS right now, but I would use it for other stuff later.

How much is a good deal... and what do you like about it, and whatever stuff you would like to say about it.
