avast! Antivirus...how to stop auto Windows startup

I have NOD32 as my main scanner and would like to use avast as a backup scanner. So of course I do not need to startup everytime Windows startup. How do you get avast from automatically starting up (with its 5 different processes) when Windows startup?


On another note, which is better AVG or Avast? Is there any other better free scanners?
 
Start | Run | "msconfig" and Start | Run | "services.msc"

It should also be in avasts options. In ragard to which is better, AVG or avast!, avast! has a much better detection rate. Since you are only using it as a secondary scanner then it is a better choice then AVG.
