i have 1gb of kingston hyper X PC3200(2 dimms) and need to have 2gb.I was wondering if it was better with this motherboard to get 2 more dimms of 512 or to get two 1gb dimms,im not sure which is best with dual channelBy the way i have a AMD 3700+ san diego cpu
 
I never got 3 sticks of RAM to run dual channel in that board. I strongly suggest combos of either 2 or 4. Otherwise, the motherboard may not even run yoru memory at DDR400 (ran my combo at DDR200, despite all being DDR400).
