I've just installed the card and gone straight for these drivers, but I loose all settings on reboot...is anyone else having this issue?

I am blind? I don't seem to see this option.

Is there a way to get automatic mute/headphone setting with the rear headphone jack plugged in?

I know that the speakers can be muted when hp are plugged in but what about hp being muted? Is there a setting or do I have to unplug the hp?

So that's the only change?

No, I'm not joking! Actually, the release notes say that Automode settings have been fixed, whereas none of my settings, including Automode, are retained.

Also, auto-mute does not work with the rear jack; however, if you have both speakers and headphones in the back then if you select 'Optimize speaker output for headphones' in the Speakers section of the console, then the speakers will be muted.

The autoswitcher settings restore on reboot was fixed.
But now the autoswitcher doesn't seem to work after waking up from sleep. I cannot even switch manually via volume control. I need to kill the autoswitcher app for manual mode switch to work. autoswitch works fine after restarting app.
