Here is another photo I took in Waukegan, Illinois on Saturday, November 3rd, 2007.

The fall colors are truly beautiful, although quite a few people seemed to prefer this photo over some of my other ones ... any thoughts guys? :)

How many of you have also taken some beautiful pictures this fall? Fall is my personal favorite time of the year ... the cool weather and, the nice breezes, and the often clear, blue skies just take me away ....

Where I live, fall colors are not anywhere near what happens elsewhere. I guess you have to have green before you can have golds. :D
 
Nice pic. I got a new digital camera earlier this summer, and I couldn't wait for the fall colors. Unfortunately this year the leaves never really got like that (which is what I wanted... some reds). Oh well, there's always next year.
