Automatically print new docs in directory

Im looking for a software app that will automacillay print any new document that enters a directory I choose. I have a Ricoh scanner that will deposit scans into users directorys but something they forgot is a direct scan to printer function.

So if I can get an app to print new documents that enter a certian directory I could turn this scanner into a color copier also.

Any Suggestions.......Thanks
