Hi folks
I currently have a single PC which doubles as my HTPC. My computer sits in the office but I ran a 50 foot DVI cable from the second output on my nVidia 8800GT to my HDTV in the living room. When I want to watch a movie on my HDTV I simply select the relevant HDMI input on the TV and the computer instantly recognizes the HDTV and automatically outputs to the HDTV as the 'primary' display.
As I am in need of a new video card to play the latest games I'm thinking of Radeon 6850. Does anyone have experience with this card and can tell me if I can achieve the same results described above for my HTPC use?
